| After graduating Cottey College in 2004, Rhys moved to New York City to study photography at Parsons School of Design. She lives in Brooklyn, works for the Social Science Research Council, and is pursuing a Sociology degree from Columbia College, with plans to further her education by studying Visual Sociology and Photojournalism.
